Can we do a destination wedding weekend?

Yes, with our overnight accommodations, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception sites, and ideal location 25 minutes from the Nashville airport, we make for the perfect destination wedding.

What is the capacity of the Tobacco Barn?

Events in the Barn and creek side patio range from 30 – 300 guests.

What are the rental contract times?

You will have a total of 10 hours use of the property. If required, special access times can potentially be arranged.

Is tenting the Creek Side patio an option?

Yes. It is included in our wedding package. Heating can also be arranged. We can arrange for tenting for any special events.

What catering options do you offer?

Hachland Hill’s culinary team prepares a range of menu options on-site and off-site. Outside food is prohibited with the exception of wedding cakes.

May we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. We do not currently have a liquor license or beer permit, you may BYOB. We will provide bartenders.

How much parking is available?

We have ample open parking at the main inn and adjacent grass lot, and at the Tobacco Barn, open field.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Are you an LGBTQ affirming organization?

Yes.

What paperwork do you require from non-profits?

A copy of the Internal Revenue Determination, naming the sponsoring organization.

What are your audio & Video capabilities?

For basic concerts and events, our power supply is sufficient to meet all electrical needs. We have a large, permanenet stage with power on the creekside patio. You may bring in, or we can rent for you, any necessary projection, screen, additional lighting, or sound system needed.

Can we bring decorations and props?

Absolutely. We want you to personalize your event. We simply ask you to coordinate any deliveries with us.
